Thought Power * Raising Your Vibrations

Vibrate the Cosmos; the Cosmos shall clear the path. This one of the Sutras of the Aquarian Age as shared by Yogi Bhajan. It  is one of the laws of the Universe: what we vibrate is what we attract.  We attract what we are. We are energy and this powerfully translates and resonates into every sphere of our lives.. If we feel good, we attract good feeling things.  If we feel grateful, graceful and abundant, we will attract more abundance.

If we are loving, we attract love, in all of its forms: support, kindness, friendship.
All of this stems from our thoughts and the feelings that emanate from them. Our feelings are like magnets that quickly materialize. This is often swift and it is accurate.  Energy never lies.

Ralph Russo Couture

As the energies of our planet move at an accelerated pace, it has become more critical that we manage our thoughts and emotions than ever before.
Of course, before we can conjure happy thoughts, it is necessary to clean out the old patterns ( emotional cobwebs) and ways of being or thinking that prevent us from living in this joyous plane of existence.  It takes courage and it takes work to understand why you may be mired in unhappy thoughts or emotions. Often, it may take the help of an outside professional. But it’s totally worth it.
Nothing which happens in our lives is random:  accidents, illness, drama, financial loss, or breakdowns. It is outside reflection of what’s going on inside. When negative events happen, it invites us to take a closer look, to see what’s really going on.  What am I angry about? Have I not forgiven something or someone? I am holding on to an old grudge?  Am I placing blame on someone for something that I’m entirely responsible for?  I am holding on to the past?
Recently, while on my way to a yoga class, I was feeling upset and angry,  and a small pebble hit my windshield and cracked it.   It wasn’t a small scratch. The entire front window of my car cracked.  I took a deep breath and sighed, knowing it was a result of my feelings. I attracted this misfortune to me, it was obvious and I knew it.
This may sound simplistic, but it’s a fact and a truth.  It has taken me over 40 years to fully grasp this law and let it sink in, and I am humbled by these lessons. I have met many great teachers on my path who have gracefully shared these teachings, and I make sure to respect, embody and do what I can to create the emotional balance I need to live in a way that enhances my life.
As lower vibe feelings such as doubt, fear, sadness, guilt, anger, and resentment keep us stuck in a loop of negativity, we must find ways to move past those feelings to get out of old patterns of thought.
So how do you do it?  How to stay balanced in this hyperactive, triggering world?
Here are some things I do on a daily basis to help balance and raise my vibrations:
I begin my day with meditation and visualization. ( Along with a ritual of herbal tea and some days, a vegetable juice)
Often, I will listen to these powerful words by Esther Hicks while I begin to meditate:   https://bit.ly/2iAA0N1
I then imagine my dreams coming to fruition during a creative visualization, where I  embody the feeling of EXHILARATION of having these goals materialize. And then, I let them go.
If I have extra time, I finish my morning practice with a round of EFT tapping: https://bit.ly/2HClulI
And I always pick an oracle card from one of my favourite decks, allowing me to receive guidance.
This raises my vibration and begins my day brimming with possibility AND positivity.
During the day, if I sense my energy levels or mood go down , I will do an extra round of tapping:  https://bit.ly/2HCcA7K
Depending on the weather, I will also take a quick walk outside as nature has a great positive impact on our energy field. Eating healthy foods is another way of achieving this.
I may also watch an uplifting video that makes me laugh ( I’m a big fan of Jimmy Fallon). I listen to uplifting music:  https://bit.ly/2HClulI
If you feel the need to unburden yourself of heavy emotions,  forgive and let go, check out Louise Hay’s videos, guided meditations or books.

In addition, here are some more suggestions:
*Drinks lots of fresh spring water;
*Eat organic vegetables;
*Sage your home with a sage stick;
*Add crystals to your home, car, handbag and pockets.
*Take a bath with epsom or sea salts.
*Offer random acts of kindness.
*Bioenergetics are great to clear out old stuck anger.
The caring for your vibrations is far more important than your house or your bank account.  It allows you to attract not only wealth but abundance in all of its forms.   And that is what being truly happy is about.
